You have to upload them onto a site like Flickr or photobucket, and then compress them to 50X50 pixels, or just a square. Then you get the link for the picture, (it'll say: link to your myspace or whatever), and paste it into the "Avatar URL" box in your profiles. It took me and Amy an hour and a half to figure it out.

Yeah, but all I had problems with was getting it to fit. Once I realized I could change the size, it was a breeze. I just don't think things through, hehe.

Time to use my awesome powers for good! This thread is wonderful and must speak again. My theory has always been... Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Yeah, it's an old played out theory that at times gets strained by the real world but... How can I expect to be treated with respect if I don't treat you with respect? How can I expect to get a tip at work, if I do not tip? Now...since I am talking tipping... My theory on this is... Do not announce to the world your tip or good deed... Reason being, All the world knows and thanks you at that time... Then, that gratitude was your reward. Do not expect anything else good to come of it. It may but then again...It may noy...depending on the level of "Showoffing". Now, if you keep it low key and not show everyone your splendid tip...Your reward will come to you differently... Case in point, I was under the impression at work that when I gave a nice tip to the cashier for her hard work...that I was going unnoticed... Someone did see me... Someone that later told me that that was one of the many reasons why she became my best friend later. My reward...a new good friend... Something for you to think about.

Yeah sometimes I get philosophical. You never know when Kim does this kinda stuff or when it will pop up but when it does...Watch Out.... It will be DEEP.
